How can I capture a log file to assist EDTracker Support diagnose my problem?

- Launch the EDTracker Pro software
- Put it into DEV mode (Config->Mode->DEV)
- Connect your device if you haven't already
- Put the device flat on a non-metallic table and *LEAVE IT STILL* for the following steps...
- Click the "Set Level" button and allow the bias to finish
- Check the "Log Data" checkbox
- Wait 5 minutes
- Uncheck the "Log Data" checkbox
- (You can now move the device)
- Open up the following folder on your PC :
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\EDTracker
- Locate the EDTrackerLog.txt file and send it back to us via your support ticket
